Terms of Service

heylainey provides an AI receptionist that answers your inbound calls.

• Calls handled by the service may be recorded and transcribed for quality and your records. You are responsible for any consent disclosures required in your jurisdiction; our agent discloses recording at the start of each call.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Failed payments are retried; service may be suspended after repeated failures.
• The AI may make mistakes — it never quotes firm prices or makes guarantees on your behalf, and takes a message when unsure.
• You own your data. Request an export or deletion at any time.
• No warranty of uninterrupted service; not liable for missed calls due to carrier/forwarding misconfiguration.
